After the site visit, Survey and Land Management Section will submit a report to the City Land Lease Committee for recommendation. Once approved, the proposal will be forwarded to the National Land Commission Secretariat (NLCS) for final approval. After the final approval, NLCS will issue a Land Lease Certificate. Upon receipt of the LLC, City corporation will execute a lease agreement with the proponent within 1 month.
