Dept. of Industry, Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Employment will announce the availability of vacant plots on its website (www.molhr.gov.bt) and the national newspaper. Proposal/request for land allotment order should be made within one month from the date of the announcement depending upon plot notification.
Should submit proof of financing for the equity part of the project.
When the Provisional Letter of Interest is ready, the applicant will be informed via phone call to collect it. A copy will be sent via email.
