Additional information

For activities delegated to DoECC for issuance of EC, the Environment Services Section(ESS), Dept of Industry will verify the IEE form and the Provisional Letter of Interest and issue a forwarding letter to the Department of Environment and Climate Change (DoECC) along with the PLoI and IEE form for issuance of new environment clearance. Usually, the applicant takes the forwarding letter to DoECC. 

Pay the Environmental Clearance fee at the Department of Revenue and Customs and attach the receipt along with the forwarding letter. 

Refer the list of activities delegated to relevant competent authority for issuance of EC. 

Note: This step is for activities delegated to DoECC for issuance of EC.
