Additional information

Upon receiving forest clearance and EC, and based on the field verification/ site visit, a report will be compiled and submitted to the DLCC meeting. Upon verification, DLCC will issue an endorsement letter to the National Land Commission Secretariat (NLCS) and ask for its review and consideration. NLCS, upon recommendation of the land lease for business activity by the DLLC, will endorse the proposal on due verification and accord clearance to the relevant agency for lease of the intended business activity.
